Project eligibility

The proposed website and development services are intended exclusively for legitimate civilian, scientific, industrial, environmental and commercial applications. Projects intended for military, weapons, combat or targeting applications are excluded.

Future submission confirmation

The planned form will require this explicit confirmation:

“I confirm that this project is intended for legitimate civilian use and is not related to military, weapons, combat, or targeting applications.”

Review of enquiries

Acceptance is not automatic. Projects with unclear use would require manual review. The confirmation alone does not establish legal or regulatory compliance; applicable requirements need separate review.
